Its open kitchen will propose you labelled fresh produces and a wide range of local produces
olives, almonds, figs, garlic, olive oil, herbes de Provence (mixed herbs), goat’s milk cheese, candied fruits, Cavaillon melon, black truffles, lavender honey, nougats, calissons of Aix...
Vegetable garden and orchard of the Domain will supply with vegetables, aromatic herbs and fruit.
